Mindfulness is simply awareness. Mindfulness is being fully present and aware of your actions, thoughts and feelings. It may seem to simple, but with practice, mindfulness can help you calm your nerves, see and handle challenges in a new light and improve your response to stress.
During this 2 hour workshop, you will be guided through a series of activities to bring focus and attention to the present moment.
Absolutely no experience or training is required. Everyone is welcome!
